In 2003 she took over Shanghai Pinghe Bilingual School, an IBO-accredited bilingual school that was the first in Shanghai to offer the IBDP international programme, leaving in 2013;
From 2013-2015, she founded Shanghai Mingyuan Senior High School, an IBO-accredited school for the IBDP programme;
From April 2016 to April 2023, she was the Chief Principal of the Shanghai Far East Horizon Education Group, founding Shanghai Hongwen School and managing another three Hongwen schools. All four schools offer the A-LEVEL programme and Hongwen Shanghai achieved IBO accreditation within three years, with the first class of high school graduates gaining admission to Cambridge University.
She has 17 years of experience in the management of 12-year bilingual boarding schools, IBDP and A-Level international programmes. She specialises in planning and designing schools based on a macro-idea and the integration of Chinese and Western concepts, as well as applying scientific methods to the operation and management of schools.
In 2006, she put forward the teaching reform of "Students' learning burden is light, but the quality of learning is high" and the moral education system of "growth curriculum" in Pinghe Bilingual School, and in 2018, she put forward the educational features of "Cultivating interests and special talents,Career planning and development" in Shanghai Hongwen S chool , which has gained comprehensive results and won a double harvest in terms of teaching quality and social reputation.
